Dear Sales Manager,

I am very sorry to write you about the "Via Voice" & "PowerDVD" , the two softwares bought from your shop on 30th Feb.
Would you kindly please instruct me how to operate them?

1. Via Voice ( Professional Version)
My computer compiles with its system demand:
* Duleplay Sound Card
* 32M RAM Space
* Win95 platform

* American Pronunciation with some English Accent ---- nothing mentioned
Your shop has not had any display, accent test , or even staff explaining to me while I bought it.
When I installed it , to the step of the dictactive recognition , I tried four times to pass the test.
Individually, I resolved four dictate rate to match its words storage. But the result annoyed me. Except I use the
50% degree, it would not let me go on anything. However, this rate could response seldom more than 1/3~1/5 content,
what I dictated to the microphone.

2. PowerDVD (TaiWan Version)
The problems I found when browsing it these days:
* One accelator icon, support online speed , after installed, I could not remove it anymore, it probably will last another 15 days
* I do not have Digital CD run, in term of that I could not play the DVD Disk ? But you have no one to remind me that .
* And the worst thing is the Tue adjustor does not work any more, I really need you to solve this problem as soon as possible.
* Anyway your present two DVD disk can't be played in my computer now.
* If I have to add one DVD run, any model limit I must follow ?

Please kindly check if these are truly legal professional version Via Voice, and PowerDVD,
Or tell me where I might have chance, to exam if I could use this software,
Otherwise ,please kindly message me whether I can return them back to you , and get refund

As I have already separately contacted the local shop ,and technical supporter in TaiWan , likely it is not possible
to get the test or an ideal answer. The email once back said I must submit more
details for the technical supports. Therefore, would you please give a helpful check , and inform me soon
